1. Create Outlook Web Email Signature

First create your email signature here. No account required.

2. Copy your Signature

Copy the signature using red copy signature button or copy HTML code at the bottom of email signature maker.

3. Add Signature in Outlook

  • Go to Outlook.com and click the gear icon in the top right.
  • Select ‘View all Outlook settings’.
  • Go to ‘Mail’ > ‘Compose and reply’.
  • Paste your signature into the ‘Email signature’ box.
  • Save your settings.
