How Do I Add a Free Custom Email Signature to Apple Mail?

Create Your Apple Mail Signature

1. First create your EMAIL SIGNATURE HERE

   • Copy the signature using the red copy signature button

2. Add Signature in Apple Mail:

   • Open Apple Mail and go to ‘Mail’ > ‘Preferences’.
   • Click on the ‘Signatures’ tab.
   • Choose the email account you want to add a signature to.
   • Click ‘+’ to add a new signature and paste the copied signature.
   • Close the preferences window to save.
